In July 2015 we decided to put our Town House on the market to fulfill our dream of owning a villa on its own plot. Unfortunately, after 12 months it had still not sold and so we decided to change agents and placed our house with Bliss Properties. After a short time, they had sold our Town House! We thought, that since we were now cash-buyers with a reasonable budget, that it would be relatively easy to find our dream villa, how wrong could we be! We viewed many properties which were either over budget or not suitable and were becoming increasingly frustrated! After a particularly stressful day our phone rang and Martin said that a property he had sold had fallen through and was about to go back on the market. He urged us to view quickly, we did and found our dream property. On 25th May this beautiful villa was ours, all possible thanks to Martin and Caroline. Throughout the sale and purchase they were extremely helpful and professional, we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

We met Martin and Caroline on our second day on the island. They were agents for the apartment we decided to buy. Right from the start they were brilliant. They took us to lawyers, banks and the various officials so that the whole process for us was really quick and straightforward. When we decided to rent out the apartment we used Bliss without any hesitation. What a good decision that was – they have provided a service above and beyond expectations. They have found good tenants, dealt with any little repairs, cleaners, rent collection etc. They have also been very helpful in helping us to find the best shops, tradesmen etc.
OK – so they are super efficient but above all they are wonderful people. They are pleasant, friendly and totally trustworthy and we are pleased to call them our friends.
